Find eduroam in the network manager applet:

Enter your password

Authentication: Tunneled TLS
Anonymous Identity: [Leave blank]
CA Certificate: (None)
Inner Authentication: MSCHAPv2

Make sure "Ask for password every time" remains unticked!
