Let's see if I can learn a thing or two, then.
According to the paper published by the Association of Arab-American University Graduates (ref link you in your post), the "Greater Israel project", is a scheme to expand Israel's influence and territorial holdings from the Niles to the Euphrates. To a simple, naive thinker like me, a necessary condition for such a scheme is that Israel itself not be nuked into oblivion.
For the sake of argument, I'll beg the question of this paper's veracity, and also put aside the subject of realpolitik for an isolated country in a hostile region.
You say:

Tell me if this is an unfair unpacking of the claims:
> Certain Jews in the West (neocons?) are ethno-religious supremacists.
> These ethno-religious supremacists (neocons?) are committed to the Greater Israel project.
> These same ethno-religious supremacists (neocons?) lobby for mass invasion by Muslims.
> These same ethno-religious supremacists (neocons?) created or helped create or control or are allied with ISIS in the Middle East.
> These same ethno-religious supremacists (neocons?) are working towards bringing about World War III.
But, as we already established, the first strike of World War III would probably nuke Israel into oblivion.
For a naive simpleton like me, this is a convoluted argument.
A less gymnastic argument is that destructive, parasitic Jews come in at least two flavours, neither of which actually cares about Israel, both of whom really ought to be given free helicopter rides.
The first, most obvious, are Leftist Jews, who work as diligently to destroy the Jewish ethnostate as they do to destroy any other ethnostate. I am sure you are well aware of their efforts to disarm Israeli citizens whilst allowing Arabs to stockpile weapons, to prosecute soldiers who do their job, to go easy on Arab criminals, to give sympathetic coverage to Arabs in the media, to demonise genuine nationalists who follow the teachings of Rabbi Kahane, etc. R/k theory comes to mind as a possible explanation.
At the risk of reinforcing an unfortunate stereotype about Jews and pecuniary motives, the second group, neocons, find it (((profitable))) to say that they support Israel, but only support Israel in ways that involve lucrative military contracts, media gigs, opportunities to hobnob with the other schmoozers and shakers at AIPAC conferences, etc. The vociferous NeverTrump brigade, the Littlest Chickenhawk Benji Shapiro, Dennis Prager, et al, come to mind as skillful swindlers whose "Oy vey it's another Holocaust" shtick works wonders in extracting shekels from Jews who still get their news from (((CNN))) and the (((NYT))). [A former newspaper]
Then again, maybe (((neocons))) really are simultaneously advancing Israel's genuine long-term interests AND maximising the probability that it will be nuked into oblivion AND mysteriously failing to support ethnic cleansing of Arabs from the country AND undermining genuine grassroots nationalism in Israel. It could be that they think they'll have a whole new angle to Oy Vey from if Israel is turned to glass — from the comfort of their gated suburbs, of course.
Or maybe they just want to watch the world burn.
